Engagements

An Engagement is one rendering of a Service for a Subject. Next year's RFP for the same company is a new engagement on the same subject.

What an engagement holds

• Roll-up progress across process stages
• The blackboard for cross-process handoffs
• Stakeholder grants (who can see status, deliverables, input requests, specific files)
• The runs that execute each stage

Progress spines

Operators see engagement progress as a pipeline of stages. Stages structure the verify UI and approval gates; they do not schedule work. Control flow stays in agent judgment.
