Live work on the service drive
Workspaces
A workspace is the live surface for files, agent chat, browsers, and process apps. It runs against the service's durable drive, inside an isolated sandbox. The console stays warm for status; the workspace wakes when someone (or a run) needs the filesystem or a live agent.
Profiles
| Profile | Role |
|---|---|
| Per-process | Team home — authoring, review apps, read-write |
| Per-engagement | Case room — mostly read, engagement-scoped |
| Ad-hoc | Exploratory sessions; audited as sessions, not process-less runs |
Mental model
Status reads never wake compute. Entering live work is the moment you may see "waking…" while the drive's session comes online.
