• Public documentation moves from Mintlify to a Next.js app in the monorepo (apps/docs), hosted on Vercel.
• Content covers the platform only: console, dispatch, and workspaces.
• Legacy runnables / fly.io API reference is retired from the public docs site.
• Visual system matches the console and marketing site (Shell / Ink tokens, Fraunces + IBM Plex).
