Inbox & review

The Inbox is the verifier's home: a per-person queue populated by assignment rules across services and engagements. Verification is per-person, not per-workspace. Opening a workspace is a drill-down, not the default motion.

What good review looks like

• Evidence opens in place next to the claim
• Approve / correct / reject are attributed to a named person
• Rejected means redo this judgment — not a system failure
• Corrections that change the SOP can be promoted into the process

Review dial

Early service versions may need substantial review. As skills and knowledge improve, fewer cases should need a person. Reduced review must follow supported improvements and policy — never hidden outstanding work.
