Triggers

Runs start from the outside world or from an operator action:

• Email / chat / API callbacks
• Schedules
• "Just ask" / manual start from the console

Dispatch resolves the Subject and open Engagement (minting either per service policy). Firings are idempotent — a redelivered email must not double-mint a run.

Operators see the trigger as a field on the run ("started by: email") and as configuration on the service.
