Stakeholders
A Stakeholder is a named person attached to an Engagement through an access grant. The service defines default templates; the delivering team adjusts per engagement. Enforcement is server-side in the console — never inside the sandbox.

Launch surfaces include status links (no login seat for basic grants), deliverable delivery on the stakeholder's channel, and attributed external input.
