Runs

A Run is one execution of a Process version inside an Engagement. It is the audit unit: pinned definition, attributed actions, transcript narrative, and structured outcomes.

Lifecycle (operator view)

1. Queued / running — dispatch spawned work for the agent.
2. Awaiting approval / input — parked for a person; compute is asleep.
3. Completed — done for this stage; deliverables and status update.
4. Rejected — human judgment to redo (normal in judgment work). Distinct from failed (system error).

Evidence and verification

Every task should state what done means and publish evidence a reviewer can open in place. Designers set, per kind of work, whether a person looks before dependents proceed, before the engagement closes, on a sample, or never.
