Console overview
The console is the always-warm operator application. It answers status questions from the durable store without waking sandboxes. Live file work and agent sessions hand off to a workspace running against the service drive.

Design intent
Screens are judged in this order: attention first, then motion, then starting the next piece of work. Business vocabulary stays on screen — Service, Engagement, Run — not internal schema names.
