What the service learns
Knowledge base
The knowledge base is the curated, human-readable store of what we have learned doing the work — client-specific patterns, gotchas, and processing notes. Skills tell the agent the procedure; the knowledge base tells it what this client's documents actually do.
Rules of the road
- Entries are fully human-readable and human-editable
- Agent-authored suggestions are human-gated unless you explicitly auto-approve
- Knowledge is service-scoped; inside workspaces it is typically read-only to agents via brokered access
Together with versioned skills, the knowledge base is why every run can make the next one cheaper and sharper — the compounding loop the product is named for.
