How you get into the console, what an organization is, and how to switch between organizations.

    On this page6 sections

    Signing in#

Every page of the console needs you to be signed in. If you open a link while signed out, you are sent to the sign-in page and returned to the page you asked for afterwards.

New accounts are created by invitation. An organization admin invites you from Settings, then People. An invitation is valid for 30 days.

    Organizations#

An organization is your company's space on Refactor. Workspaces, services, skills, data sources, people and settings all belong to one organization, and nothing is shared between organizations.

The name of the organization you are working in is the first item in the header, under the label Organization.

Most things you set are kept per organization. If you belong to two organizations, each has its own Fibo conversation, its own notification choices and its own list of work.

    Switch organization#

    1. Click the organization name at the left of the header. On a phone, open the menu first.
    2. Search for or pick the organization.

You land on Home for that organization. The switch applies to your whole browser session, so other open tabs follow.

    Roles#

    There are two organization roles.

    RoleCan do
MemberCreate and use workspaces, work with the agent, use Fibo, create data sources and directory records, and use any service they have been given access to.
AdminEverything a member can, plus invite people, manage groups and access, choose which models are allowed, and create services.

What a person can do in a particular workspace or service is set separately, by sharing. See People, groups and access.

Use the console on a phone#

The console works in a phone browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens full screen like an app. Below a tablet's width, the sidebar becomes a menu and a workspace's views move to a row along the bottom.
